Dr. Waleska Tulier is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been treating patients in South Florida since 1997. Dr. Tulier received her medical degree from the Central University of the East medical school in the Dominican Republic in 1983. She completed her family practice residency training at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York, in 1993. Prior to joining Palm Medical Centers, Dr. Tulier worked in urgent care, private practice, and was medical director of the St. Lucie County Health Department in Port St. Lucie. She treats patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Dr. Tulier joined Palm Medical Centers in 2021.
